  To often people are quick to complain but rarely praise for a job well done. So while I have just been telling my yard owner how impressed I am with your service, I thought I would drop you a little note to say thank you!
  
  Having never used you before, I was slightly wary of placing an order with a company I hadn't ever heard of. However, your website is very professional and very easy to navigate and use, communication by email once I'd placed my order was top notch, and kept me informed all the way (i was delighted with the specific hour time slot for delivery, which was accurate!) but best of all my order came very promptly, all items in perfect condition and carefully packaged- i especially appreciated the little stickers on the riding hats that told me they had been checked prior to being shipped (it is little details like that which make all the difference.)

I have not used your saddlery before and only came across it via google shopping whilst searching for an Equisafety waistcoat, and I did not intend on spending in excess of £100! but your prices are good and I have been impressed with the quality of the products.
