Our website will close on Monday 30th September. The last orders can be placed at 4pm. After this time our website will not be available to purchase from and we will cease trading on the 1st October 2019.

Any purchases made upto the closure of the website can still be collected as normal as per our policy to contact the buyer to arrange a convenient time to collect during the advertised collection times on the homepage or below.

It is with a heavy heart we are announcing we will be closing our doors for the final time on 14th July after over 18 years. Due to recent ill-health we have been forced into this decision which has seen us become one of the leading and most recognised names in both the equestrian and pet industries for nearly 2 decades in the local community, the UK and around the world. We serve today many of the same customers we did back from our very beginnings and now serve their children and grandchildren through our successful business. We will miss each and every one of our customers and we hope over the next few weeks we’ll see as many of you as possible.

RETURNS:

As from the date of this announcement we are no longer accepting any returns for exchange or credit. As we are closing our physical store it is our priority to reduce our stock levels so we can transition to being an online only operation much easier.

FAULTY ITEMS:

For speed, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly. We are more than happy to provide you with details for the manufacturer if needed. All items we sell, including in our sale are still fully covered by the manufacturer warranty.

REFUNDS - ONLINE ORDERS:

All online refunds have been processed in advance of our closure announcement. We do not have any outstanding refunds, as per the point above regarding returns, no returns will be accepted now. As we have been a collect@store only operation for some time our orders are not subject to a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 as you are able to inspect the item before leaving the store.

As we are closing our loyalty card and points issuing has ceased. No more points will be issued. Any points on your account are now suspended.

Your order is perfectly safe, we'll get your order ready for collection within 1-2 hours (during opening hours) and send you a notification by email with your collection reference number.
